1 Steel structure manufacturing enterprises: It is also the largest category. This type of construction enterprise can provide a complete steel structure system, which is characterized by: the enterprise itself can provide a fairly complete design consulting system, and has the core technology of the system; it has the processing and manufacturing capabilities of core technology or key building materials; there are many Long-term builder or contractor. This type of enterprise itself can serve customers from the design, manufacture, installation and complete structure and accessories system. It is the most typical enterprise operation model in the world, and it is also the most forward-looking enterprise in China.
2 Steel structure installation companies: Strictly speaking, steel structure installation companies are often referred to as installation teams. This type of enterprise purchases building materials such as maintenance systems while providing customers with the installation of the main structure.
3 Steel structure construction enterprises: As a sub-industry of the construction industry, steel structure construction enterprises are suppliers of construction components of construction projects from the perspective of products, and most of the transaction objects are general contractors of construction. From the perspective of transactions, since the general contractor's transaction mode is a project management mode, the ultimate goal is to complete tasks or projects. The transaction process is completely different from that of product manufacturing companies, and the sales revenue recognition and capital turnover are completely controlled by the general contractor.
4 Building material enterprises: simply provide building materials. The building materials of the steel structure building system mainly refer to the main structural materials (steel beams, steel columns) and the envelope structure materials (such as color steel plates). At present, companies that provide main structural materials account for the majority of the industry. The manufacturing enterprises of building envelope structure materials in my country are mainly located in Zhejiang and Jiangsu.
5 Steel structure trading enterprises: provide customers with building system design consultation, purchase all materials, and select steel structure installation companies through cooperation to provide customers with building system services.
